You inquire, we celebrate! We’ll schedule a consultation to talk all things flowers, your vision, vibe, and dream blooms. Think of it as the ultimate floral brainstorming session!

Hurray! Proposal is sent 7 days later via email!

Suggest (6–12+ months before)

After our chat, we’ll send you a custom floral proposal with all the dreamy details to look at and to show your loved ones.

Proposal Review Meeting

Suggest (3–6 months before)

Time: 30 min - 1 hr

A detailed review of your floral designs, including finalizing colors, floral selections, and logistics. If needed, we schedule a venue walkthrough to ensure everything aligns perfectly. Once you approve the proposal, we finalize the contract and secure your event date with a deposit.

Final Floral Confirmation

(6–8 weeks before)

We touch base to confirm all floral details, quantities, and any last minute adjustments. We coordinate with planners & vendors for seamless execution. Final balance payment due.

Event Week Prep & Execution

(1–2 weeks before)

Our team begins floral production, arranging every piece with care. Communication with your planner and venue for smooth setup. Excitement builds as we get closer to your wedding day!
