After our chat, we’ll send you a custom floral proposal with all the dreamy details to look at and to show your loved ones.

Suggest (3–6 months before)

Time: 30 min - 1 hr

A detailed review of your floral designs, including finalizing colors, floral selections, and logistics. If needed, we schedule a venue walkthrough to ensure everything aligns perfectly. Once you approve the proposal, we finalize the contract and secure your wedding date with a deposit.

Final Floral Confirmation

(6–8 weeks before)

We touch base to confirm all floral details, quantities, and any last minute adjustments. We coordinate with planners & vendors for seamless execution. Final balance payment due.
